Orders less than 25 can be done as DTG print or Heat Press.

COLOUR SEPARATION
For screen printing multiple coloured artwork each colour in your design needs to be separated in order to make the screens for printing. This service is charged as an additional fee.
EMBROIDERY
We can arrange for quality embroidery through one of our preferred suppliers to add additional decorations to your finished product.
RELABELLING
Relabelling with your personalised branded labels can add value to your product creating a professional finish to your garment.
This service involves removing the generic fabric label and replacing it with your own screen printed or sewn in branded label. This service is done at an additional fee.
Screen Printed Labels
Delabel & Inside Neck Screen Print

Minimum 50 Units
What’s involved: Removal of all manufacturer's neck labels and replace with a custom screen printed label on the inside neck of the garment with your branding. Dark Grey is our recommended colour ink on all colours and Black ink on Grey garments. We require artwork for your inside neck label.

What’s involved: Removal of all manufacturer’s neck labels and replaced with your own custom woven labels. We require you to supply us with your woven labels.
TYPES OF PRINTING
PLASTISOLS INK
A common ink in screen printing is Plastisol. Plastisol creates a film that sits on top of the fabric, this allows versatility in application and durability when it comes to retaining vividness and colour.
WATERBASED INK
Waterbased inks are an eco-friendly choice. The finish can result in a washed out, vintage and softer hand-feel creating better breathability in wearable garments. Waterbased inks penetrate into the textile fibres instead of forming a film on top like Plastisol.
METALLIC & SPECIALTY INK
Metallic and specialty inks can create a stand out finish on your design and can be used as a highlight feature. There is constantly new developments in the specialty ink ranges such as puff, chrome, pearl, glitter, hypercolour, UV, crackle and more.

25 units for 1 - 2 colour prints
50 + units for 3 - 4 Colour prints
100 + units for 5 - 8 Colours.
Enquiries outside the above minimum orders will be suggested with an alternative print method such as Vinyl, Digital Heat Transfer or DTG printing.
